What resolution file will I receive back? 22 of your 24 frames came out, a few shots were very dark due to the flash not being used. After we scan your film we will email you with a brief description on how your film came out and the number of frames you will receive back I.E. Here at Camera House we scan every frame, unless its completely black. If you have selected them to be shipped back, our courier service, Courier Post, takes 1-3 working days to return. If you have selected 'online transfer' you will receive the files that day. Once we have received your film we will process it ASAP normally it's completed the day we have received it. If you have sent it via standard post, this can take up to a week (during the busy season even longer). Typically, most courier services take 1-3 working days. This all depends on the service you have selected to send your film to us. How long will it take to receive my film back? Please note that this option is only available for online transfer, not for physical prints. To avoid shipping charges and make use of this option, select 'Film developing - Hold my negatives until next order' and specify this in the order notes. If you do not need your negatives returned immediately, we can store them for up to 3 months to combine with another order.
